In 1872, American women fought for the right to vote. Except for one: Victoria Woodhull… she ran for President
In 1872, Susan B. Anthony opened up the Suffrage
Movement for all women to fight for the right to vote. But
when Suffragist Victoria Woodhull challenged Anthony’s
authority, she was thrown out of the movement and did
what no one dreamed she would ever do … she ran for
President.

Julie Daniels trained for the professional theatre as an actress at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She has acted on the Stage, in Television, and Voice-over. She then expanded her artistic career into the field of Playwriting and Screenwriting. Ms. Daniels ’historical play The Redemption of Mrs. Satan won The Spirit of Moondance Award, at the Moondance film Festival in Colorado and won best new script at The Toronto Women’s Film Festival The piece has also been honored by the following companies The Steven Spielberg Chesterfield Competition The Writer’s Digest The Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center—National Playwrights Contest. The Elizabeth George Foundation, Utah Shakespearean Festival New Play Contest Ms. Daniels holds an M.F.A in Playwriting from Goddard College. Julie can be reached at voicegal@aol.com
