Lilian Brasch was born with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy and her parents were told she would never walk. Accompanying the diagnosis, she was also told she would never be able to put on muscle or gain strength. But Lily B truly defied all the odds! She has trained for and summited mountains and competed in National Muscle Building competitions. She tackles these arduous feats to help others see their own strength and spread the message that with the right attitude, they can break through their own barriers. In 2021, Lily B launched a non-profit called “Born to Prove,” an organization dedicated to helping others understand that there are no limits. All barriers can be overcome. The organization’s three pillars are: fostering positivity, empowering minds, and disabling the word “disabled.” Instagram Handle: @lilybrasch Tik Tok Handle: @lilybrasch Website: http://borntoprove.com Hashtags: #borntoprove #lilybrasch
